I might need to specify that my MO2 and mod folder are located on my magnetic drive (Z://Mod Organizer and Z://FNVMods) while the game is located on my ssd in C://Steam/steamapps/common/fallout new vegas. When I run Loot through MO the application correctly waits for me to close Loot before unlocking the MO executable, but if I run NVSE then MO immediately frees the virtualized folder as soon as the game launcher shows up.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm afraid to move forward with mods until I figure this out.Hi, I'm writing here because my MO2 is unable to keep the virtualized folder open in order for the game to load the mods correctly. The whole point of this mod is that it's supposed to make fix up some things with the game, but mostly makes the game more compatible with mods. I'm not looking for an extension to NVSE, I'm looking for the OG mod. Additionally, this mod includes numerous engine bug fixes/tweaks, and restores several broken game features. It adds 800+ new functions, which can be used in GECK scripting and (in some cases) as conditions.
This plugin is an extension of the New Vegas Script Extender (NVSE). The problem with the first site is I don't know how to install mods without using the Nexus and I don't know if it would fuck with things what with having a mods with the Nexus and one without. I've found this sketchy looking download site and a nexus JIP LN NVSE Plugin. The video that I'm watching says to install The New Vegas Script Extender (or nvse), but I can't find the nexus version. I'm going back to New Vegas and am starting to mod it.
